Ingredients
- 1 package of spaghetti (cooked according to directions)
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shimeji mushrooms
- 1 cup king oyster mushrooms, sliced into bite size pieces
- 1-2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp ABO Miso Soup - Original
- ¼ cup, pasta water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with:
- chopped parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a deep pan, heat up oil and add butter.
- Add all the mushrooms and sautè until seared and lightly golden brown.
- Add the garlic and continue sautèeing or tossing to prevent the garlic from overcooking.
- Add ABO Miso Soup Original paste and roast for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the pasta water to make a little stock.
- Add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to incorporate all the ingredients well.
- Garnish with parsley, black pepper and parmesan cheese.
