Ingredients
- 1 kg skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 L oil for frying (canola, olive, etc)
Sauces:
- 3 Tbsp OKAZU Sanshō Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Thai basil, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Season the chicken breast chunks with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 10-15 mins in the fridge, on a covered container.

- Heat up the frying oil on a deep pan or pot, to 175℃-180℃.
- Take the chicken chunks out of the fridge and dredge in flour.
