Easy Motoyaki Sauce with ABO Miso Black Pepper
This is inspired from the Japanese style of cooking preparation, that uses mayonnaise and miso paste as the base of the sauce, topped on seafood (usually oysters), and is baked in the oven.
Taking it up a notch using our flavorful ABO Miso Black Pepper, this recipe is perfect with any type of seafood, which interestingly goes well with mushrooms too, for vegetable lovers.
