Directions:
- Heat up the pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the oil and sear the mushrooms.
- Add the garlic and continue sauteing.
- Add ABO Miso Soup paste, continue sauteing.
- Add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the colour of the asparagus brightens. Be careful not to overcook the asparagus to retain a nice bite and flavour.
