Directions:
1. Slice the cauliflower into 1/2 inch steaks (it is normal for some florets to fall off while slice) and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
2. Mix the OKAZU, maple syrup and salt together in a bowl, and use a cooking brush to cover the steaks with the sauce.
3. Cook for 15 minutes at 425°F, then flip the steaks and brush with the remaining sauce. Return the steaks to the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
