Directions:
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish.

Spread ABOKICHI OKAZU Chili Miso condiment over the entire surface of the fillet.
(For a spicier version, use Spicy OKAZU Chili condiment) -
Pour Maple Syrup over this fish - enough so that the bottom of the pyrex or baking dish is covered.
(If you wish, you can reduce the amount of maple syrup by using soya sauce in equal measure.) - I would suggest 350 degrees F. ; 30 minutes approximately. Everybody has a different oven.
Also, this works just as well with any other fish
