OKAZU Sanshō Pepper Edamame Mochi

Ingredients
- 1 cup silk/soft tofu
- ¼ cup edamame (boiled/steamed without skin)
- 4 Tbsp, potato starch
- 1 Tbsp OKAZU Sanshō Pepper
Garnish with:
- 1 Tbsp OKAZU Sanshō Pepper
Directions:
- Mix the tofu, potato starch, and OKAZU Sanshō Pepper in a bowl using a fork or whisk, until well incorporated. If the consistency must be a bit thick, and if it is too loose, you may add more starch.
- Add the edamame beans, and mix well.
- Heat up a non-stick pan on medium, and spoon the mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- May add more OKAZU Sanshō Pepper as a topping.
