Directions:
- Cut the pita into small wedges and lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 C until toasted (a few minutes). Remove from oven and leave on tray to crisp up.
- In a food processor, place all the dip ingredients. Pulse until creamy.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with honey and OKAZU. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pistachios.
- Serve as a dip with the pita chips.
