Our miso soup is made in Canada from non-GMO soybeans, garlic, spices and sakekasu — the fermented, pressed rice leftovers from sake brewing. It is non-GMO, gluten-free and 100% vegan — unlike traditional Japanese miso broth which is made with katsuo bushi (fermented tuna flakes).
