Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a deep pan, heat up oil and add butter.
- Add all the mushrooms and sautè until seared and lightly golden brown.
- Add the garlic and continue sautèeing or tossing to prevent the garlic from overcooking.
- Add ABO Miso Soup Original paste and roast for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the pasta water to make a little stock.
- Add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to incorporate all the ingredients well.
- Garnish with parsley, black pepper and parmesan cheese.
