Directions:
- Finely chop the mushrooms.
- In a bowl, mix together the mushrooms, cheese, potato starch, salt, pepper and OKAZU Chili Miso.
- Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to form the pancake.
- Cook over medium heat, flipping the pancake over (with a help of a chopping board) until both sides are golden brown.
- Cut into desired size and serve.
