So Oily!

Of course an oil is going to be oily but no matter what I tried to cut this oil with - water, broth, vinegar, cream - it's just too oily for my liking. perhaps I need some recipes? My stir-fry was oily. Not fresh. Oily. I will try again but I also gave away several jars to friends. Hopefully they will have more success!
