Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ or 350-360℉.
- Add the peeled garlic in an oven-safe tray/container.
- Add the oil, salt, pepper and OKAZU.
- Cook in the oven for 10 mins or until the garlic is soft and spreadable in texture.
- Once it’s done, cool it down, and store in a sterilized container.
