Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until hummus-like consistency is achieved.
- Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary, blitz for 30 more seconds.

It is perfect for dipping, spread for sandwiches, added to dressings and as a topping. This can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
