Another 10 minute recipe idea for everyone!
This is an easy, simple and delicious way to prepare daikon using our OKAZU Chili Miso oil [the oil that sits on the top of the bottle when unmixed].
Just mix and cook everything on one pan, and you have an instant filling snack or side dish to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded daikon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 ½ Tbsp potato starch
- ¼ cup cheese (cheddar or vegan cheddar)
- 1 Tbsp OKAZU Chili Miso Oil
Directions:
- In a pan, add the shredded daikon, season with salt and pepper. Add potato starch and mix well.
- Spread out the daikon to be able to add a layer of cheese in the middle, then cover with the rest of the daikon.
- Heat up the pan to medium heat and cook the daikon until a crust is formed.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- When the other side is almost done, add OKAZU Chili Miso oil (getting only the oil part from the top of the bottle)
