Directions:
- Cook the eggs in gently boiling water for 9 minutes, then cool in a bowl of ice water. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolk and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with green onions (thinly sliced), sesame seeds (we used black, but white is fine too) and a drizzle of OKAZU.
