OKAZU

OKAZU is an umami-rich chili, miso, and sesame oil based condiment often eaten with rice in Japan, which can also be used to top dumplings, tofu, grilled vegetables, sandwiches, fish, eggs, potatoes, and more. Use it as a marinade or as an ingredient in your own homemade salad dressing, this condiment is versatile, so play around with it!

ABO Miso Soup

ABO Instant Miso Soup is vegan, Non GMO and upcycled certified, and is made with Gluten-Free ingredients. It's the only fermented drink served warm on the market.

DIRECTIONS:

Single Serving: Add 2 Tbsp of ABO Miso Soup paste to 200ml of
hot water in a thermos with lid and shake. Alternatively, mix with a spoon in
mug.

Pot of Soup: In a saucepan, boil entire contents of packet with 1L of water. Add other ingredients such as vegetables, tofu, seaweed, or fish.
